One thing that I that I have missed over the last 9 years is a new Pikmin game. I was very interested in what Nintendo was going to come up with after the vast wait. Does this live up to the levels of greatness Pikmin 1 and 2 delivered?

Remakes, reboots, revamps and HD collections. It seems every game from yester-year is being dragged into the current gen for a new audience, for the experience, of course and in no way just to be a quick cash-in on older titles. Remakes are not a new thing however. Films are always being remade. Some need it – for example a lot of John Carpenter films are good ideas but not that well made, and the remakes usually end up being quite good. And the same can be said about the PSOne game.
Tennis is one of the oldest formats of video game, Pong was a simple game, but its premise is based on tennis. Tennis translates well to games due to its simplicity, and its this reason that many older tennis games are far more accessible and fun, than newer tennis games.
